This Agreement comprises the entire Agreement between you and Onwards and supersedes all prior Agreement made between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.

Should you object to any terms and conditions of this Agreement or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, you can: (1) discontinue use of the Service; (2) terminate Service Usership; and (3) notify Onwards of termination.

Onwards retains the right, at Onwards' sole discretion, to determine whether or not your conduct is consistent with the spirit of this Agreement and may terminate the Service if your conduct is found to be inconsistent with this Agreement.

PRIVACY POLICY

Under normal situation, Onwards will not disclose your data to third-parties without your prior consent. Only authorized Onwards personnel are allowed to access and use your data without your prior consent. Your data maybe disclosed without your prior consent only on special situation including, but not limited to protection of the benefits of Onwards and you, and illegal investigation by law.

For online Internet service, you will be granted a user account accessed by a login ID and a password. You are responsible for the security of the account information and activities that take place under the user account.

You agree to immediately notify Onwards of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.

COPYRIGHT

The content, including but not limited to ideas, text, software, music, sound, images, photographs, video, graphics or other material of this entire web site or services being held by Onwards is protected by copyright. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works form, transfer, or sell any such content. Any persons breaching any of the terms of the use of this web site will be prosecuted.
